Since 1969 Karaki's dough sheeter has maintained its old look and design.
After almost thirty years the new sheeter has been born.
The new sheeter, or more correctly the new sheeters, wear a modern look and definitely indicate the beginning of a new era for the company.
A company that is determined to be up to the challenge and to restore its past prestige in the development of new, modern and interesting machines to serve better the food industry.

This new dough sheeter is the perfect machine to laminate the pizza from as little as a 5cm diameter to as much as a 40cm diameter.

It comes in six different models:

  • The left hand model with infeed conveyor belt.
  • The left hand model with metal slide infeed system.
  • The right hand model with infeed conveyor belt.
  • The right hand model with metal slide infeed system.
  • A left hand side stainless steel model.
  • A right hand side stainless steel model.

All above-mentioned sheeters are user friendly, safe to operate and easy to use and clean.
No metal chain has been used, where the scratchproof rollers and scrapers are made from hard plastic.

This oven is ideal for the Lebanese pizza's -LAHEM BAA'JIN & MANAKISH- Where direct and uncontrolled butane gas flame is the heat source.
A new version of this oven for the Italian pizza will soon be available.
